So annoying! I realised that I did only 1 x 4,3,2,1,3s I got it wrong😑 I thought it was quite short… of course! I didn’t do it right. The pace was good. And pleased with my effort. Sorry coach 🙏 you gave me a great session but I didn’t do it right. 🥲

That’s ok, you’re not the first person to make a similar mistake and just miss some of the reps. If it doesn’t feel long enough then there is probably something wrong. I’ve given you another session for Thursday to make up for it. We’ve got more easy running coming up over the next few weeks I should add as I know this week becomes tougher with an extra session. But it’s worth it.
