150 Mins

LOAD: 45

150 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

All about time on feet. Don’t focus on pace. Instead keep that effort level down and concentrate on good running economy. Fuelling and hydration key too.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

👊 Nailed my target

PACE

Did the first 11km on my own. Then joined up with the run club who were doing a 10k Sunday Run. Pace in the second half was a little faster which was a challenge but stuck with it. Tired legs at the end, but there was a huge hill at the end of the route (which I did at the end of my first 11km also). Pretty happy with this, but I’ll probably run the marathon at a slower pace than this to avoid hitting the wall too hard

Great job Andy. Yeah pacing on marathon day will be crucial and something we can discuss before the big day, but this is another decent long run banked and it all adds up.
