150 Mins

LOAD: 45

150 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

All about time on feet. Don’t focus on pace. Instead keep that effort level down and concentrate on good running economy. Fuelling and hydration key too.

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

I did run a quicker 10 k then carried on todo 90 more minutes , it was a bit a struggle , , but finish off stronger

Yeah that first 10k was a bit spicy and I don’t really think you need to be running at that pace, especially as we want to make sure you don’t make the mistake of going off too fast again in the marathon. 6:30/km is the quickest you want to be running on these long runs in my opinion. But really well done for getting the whole 150 mins done.
