All about time on feet. Don’t focus on pace. Instead keep that effort level down and concentrate on good running economy. Fuelling and hydration key too.

I tried using my navigation on my watch today. Just in case I need it for the either of the ultras, I want to be prepared. It was good, went down a few footpaths I’ve never done before. Good run 👍
