😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Felt tired before I ran mainly because what I was doing in the week , explain Monday night , , kept on with effort , the wind was against on my second half , my legs didn’t feel they had a run afterwards , just over all tired put didn’t push myself . No niggles before or injuries
