Back in the park Tuesday. I’ll be running at 10am with a few others (likely) and then the normal session will be 6:15. Both short reps this week.

So we miscounted as I only have 15 spikes!!! Running with Lou 2 was good because we were pushing eachother. And I nearly caught Allan in one!! Great session really pleased with my effort
