Great chance to work on that cadence, that’s the target here, see how quickly you can those feet moving. When I want to increase my cadence I focus exclusively on my arms, as they move at the same speed as my feet I know if they are moving fast and efficiently, my cadence will be high. It feels easier to move my arms faster than my feet. I’ll also be in the park at 9:30am if you wanted to do this session in the morning in a smaller group (and free).
