180 Mins

LOAD: 54

180 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3-6)

Time to make sure your fuelling and hydration is on point. 30-60g of carbs per hour. The longer the run goes on the tougher it will get.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

๐Ÿ˜ Good pace given the conditions/route

Really enjoyed?I ticked the wrong box ๐Ÿ˜‚felt good today , as I said on Strava , a bad day to run anywhere unless for a bus ๐Ÿ˜‚. Split my 180 minutes 60 mins each to in run in 10 k s on,y managed 7 k in 50 minutes as the wind and the got really bad , and after that had to jump on a bus yes I did to get back, I was dripping wet left puddles on the bus , no niggles or injuries .Im not running Sunday but a marshal , see you probably Monday ok

That was pretty brutal out there this morning. 2 hours and 50 in those conditions well definitely make you mentally tougher. I bet the people on the bus were having a laugh. No worries Sunday, if you can get a decent run in Saturday it will have been another good week. Great work Allan.
