Massively struggled tonight. Only managed 2,4,5,5,4,2mins. Trying not to let it put me off as I know Im going to have lots of terrible runs before I’m fit again!

That’s the right attitude to have. Yes it’s going to be tough at first, but it will come back. That is a particularly big session and you’ve still managed 22 minutes of intervals. Plus going through this spell where it feels really hard, makes it even more sweeter when you rediscover your fitness. Well done Rachael.
