A good bit of variation on a 2 hour long run. Not too demanding but it breaks it up nicely and also gets you practicing half marathon pace on tired legs.

A good way to break up your long run. To be honest you probably do run at marathon pace some of the time, but it’s just a good way to get you thinking about your pacing and then try and finish strong when the legs are tired.
