Quality session this. One you can combine with parkrun if you wanted, to make the 10k segment feel easier.

With the Barry Richards 10k coming up next week this is a really good 10k session to use as practice.

Smidge too fast for first rep, really feeling legs this week, actually felt really slow/heavy. Guess about right for end of first month, some recovery next week

There will always be times in training it feels tough, but that’s pushing our limits slightly and why we’ll end up with quicker times at the end. But really well done here, an excellent session and great preparation for the race next week.
