2 x 5km

LOAD: 365

2km WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2)

5K @ Half Marathon Pace (RPE: 6)
5K @ 10K Pace (RPE: 7)

2km CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

A really challenging but strong session to do close to a 10k race. The second interval will be tough so dig deep and focus on good form.

Originally I had 120 mins Sunday in the plan, so that is a good alternative. But with the Alan Corke fast approaching I thought a Saturday session would be a good alternative and give you extra rest ahead of next Tuesdays challenge.

Everything done as per plan apart from the time you set. The weather wasn’t the best but not sure I should use that as an excuse. Ran down from home with Sue W and PR with Lou M so great company, solo WU & CD Sorry but I’m not really understanding the Feedback Added Value field

Well done Sue. Some days it’s important to focus on RPE rather than pace. Especially if conditions are like that. Very difficult to hit paces and we’d only end up getting down on ourselves. “Feedback Added” simply refers to the Completed check box. By ticking that it means your sessions moves from upcoming training to the feedback section of the dashboard.
