20 Minutes @ HM Pace (RPE: 6)
10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2)

Just a nice short burst of half marathon pace!!

We only want to hit Half Marathon pace here and only if the calf behaves. To be honest the difference isn’t huge and somewhere around 8:45 per mile is the mark, you might find running at that paces helps as it will reduce ground contact time. But any issue stop straight away and keep it easy.

Planned to get up early avoid the heat but over slept. Had to opt for treadmill as the heat makes me unwell and triggers migraines
