20 x 1 Minute Reps

LOAD: 24

10 Mins WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2)

60 Seconds @ Fast Pace (RPE: 9)
60 Seconds Recovery
x 20

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Another very simple session. 60 seconds on, 60 second walk or static recovery. Don’t go off too fast as 20 reps is a lot. You should feel like you’re working at a very high effort level towards the last 15 seconds of each rep. Go get ’em!

Good session, start with 1 lap in 2 mins and then see if you can push that a little bit more near the end of the session.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

👊 Nailed my target

PACE

Was a good session. Tough and probably went off a bit quick but worked to try to keep pace. Say target is 3k pace – 8:43 Watch splits were: 8:33,8:15, 7:37, 7:42, 7:29, 7:38, 7:26, 8:11, 7:44, 7:38, 7:33, 7:47, 7:24, 7:42,8:04, 7:42, 7:35, 7:47, 7:39. Even allowing for any inaccuracies from a watch/track run I’m really chuffed with that pace – probably the fastest I’ve run!

It’s so good to see you running at your best. Track seems to do that and why I’ve been keen to keep as many of those sessions in there. Jodie ran 56:47 at the Barry Richards 10k 10 days ago and you left her for dust in this session #justsaying. Fantastic running Rebecca.
