A real opportunity to work on both speed and good running economy. Train faster to race faster. I love this session.

Jealous as I love this session. All about consistency and keep practicing those good habits. If you go too fast early on it will be difficult to hold that pace. Speaking of which I did adjust your training paces last week so hopefully they feel at a better level now. Smash this one Andy.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

👊 Nailed my target

PACE

Moved this from Tuesday to lunchtime Wednesday – as had a day off work today. Really pleased with how this went! Was a bit nervous going into it and my first couple of reps were a bit slow as I was apprehensive with the niggles. But got into it. Dealt with it one rep at a time and super pleased 😀. Dare I say I actually enjoyed it too! Think my average pace was bang on target overall

Love this feedback. Important to remember that as well. 1 rep at a time, 1 km at a time, 1 step at a time, that’s all we can ever do. Sometimes we can talk ourselves out of session before it’s even started and this was evidence it sometimes goes a lot better than we expect. Awesome work Andy!
