😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

I was still tired after the weekend and hadn’t warmed up properly. I was slow the first four or five but after that I got quicker towards the last ones. Pleased with the strength I’ve built up in recent months. I kept the pace going and didn’t slack off for the full duration of each 200m. Great running with Matt.
