A real opportunity to work on both speed and good running economy. Train faster to race faster. I love this session.

Super happy today ๐Ÿ˜Š I donโ€™t think you can see my splits on Strava for individual reps, I think you just see the overall pace including recovery but correct me if Iโ€™m wrong. I tried to work on stride length today and averaged 1.29 m with an average cadence of 104 spm. Average pace of 6.17 m and an average time of 00:46.9 per rep with my target at 00:51 so pretty pleased with that. Only the first rep a little slow at 00:54.6, all the rest on the good side and nice and even. Love these track sessions and Lindsey and Rachael make it that bit more fun ๐Ÿ‘

Yeah looking at Strava and your average pace, it was well ahead of the current target which is great. I think these shorter reps are definitely the ones that will benefit the likes of you and me who are both hoping to increase that stride length. Fantastic running Andy and it was nice to have a decent group of us along this week.
