A real opportunity to work on both speed and good running economy. Train faster to race faster.

Grosvenor Gardens a good alternative to the seafront if there’s some wind blowing. One of my favourite sessions though. Keep the recoveries to 60 sec and no need to push too hard. Consistency is king.
