Really like this session. A chance to practice your 10k pace, but break it down into chunks to make it manageable. Enjoy. You got this.

I appreciate it’s a bit more tricky to do a session like this compared to running a straight forward fast parkrun, but you will see better improvement by doing dedicated sessions like this and including parkrun is a great way to do that.
