A big half marathon session. Important to find that goal pace in training and this session replicates the race well with the RPE increasing with each interval.

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

Legs had no pop after 3 days golf and walk on Friday so I decided to complete the mileage. Very windy of the Coastal Path. This was tough to do on my own.

No worries Mark and good thinking to switch it up. Very impressive mileage and the time on feet will have really helped ahead of HHM!! Hopefully a nice confidence booster and it shows what is possible, even on tired legs.
