30 Mins Easy

LOAD: 60

30 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Sometimes a 30 minute shake out can help recovery or just give you some much needed head space. Keep it easy.

Nice way to start the week! Keep it easy. It’s a recovery week this week as well so the training load is 200pts lower. Hopefully a chance to give the foot a bit more rest.

PACE

The flipping Ridge is becoming a habit, because of this I ignored my pace, it was a struggle today but I did run! I made it from the fire place shop (old London) to the crematorium and back…. It does mean I’m loosing all my local legend slots on the seafront….🫣😳🤣

Noooooo….. you can’t lose them 😂 Although you might to start to win some on the Ridge soon at this rate. 30 mins after a long run can feel tough sometimes as the legs will still be fatigued. So I would never worry too much about that. Great job Kirsty.
