Easy parkrun

Always nice to be involved in parkrun but some weeks it’s best to run it easy. Try not to get caught up and run too fast.

Shake out run ahead of the race tomorrow! Doesn’t need to be parkrun.

Enjoyed the run with the club and went in a steadier paced group. Found it a little harder than normally would but I think still a little tired from the weekend. Still managed fine though with no issues.

There’s always going to be some fatigue after a big race and why I think we’ve done well to manage things this week. That’s why planning can be so important, knowing when to ease back and when to push hard. But another good run done and nice to join the group. Well done Andy.
