Sometimes a 30 minute shake out can help recovery or just give you some much needed head space. Keep it easy.

parkrun always an option. We did originally have 1 x 60 mins but I split it down into two shorter runs. So if you wanted to switch back to 1 x 60 mins instead that’s an option.

Got down to park run. A bit harder than easy but not flat out. Was a windy one though so made it tough.

Yeah nice pace. I don’t know anyone that includes park run as there easy session, that truly runs it “easy” 😂 It shows what a difference it makes having other people around. Well done Alice.
