I opted to take Parkrun at a comfortable/reasonably easy pace, pause at the finish then set off again once I had my tokenn and had cleared the runnel – carrying on towards Bulverhythe then turning to reach 30 mins back at Parkrun scanning area. I ran faster than planned, as I ran with Conal, but at least I did the time and a bit more…
