30 Mins Easy

LOAD: 60

30 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Sometimes a 30 minute shake out can help recovery or just give you some much needed head space. Keep it easy.

Shake out run ahead of the big weekend of running.

Knee definitely niggled but ok. Have to slightly alter my foot placement. It feels like I have never run before . It was ok enough and good to get a run in. I also realise that including tomorrow I will have done 5 days in a row so it will be interesting to see how tomorrow goes.

Well done Tina, glad you were able to run. The fact you mentioned changing your form is a concern though as that does bring the risk of other injuries cropping up. Also, as you say, 5 days on the spin is a lot, so important to try and give yourself some rest as well.
