45 Mins Easy

LOAD: 100

45 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

The only real mistake you can make here is going too fast. Try and pick a flat route as well. Hills will push that RPE too high.

Recovery run this one. Might be feeling a little tired, but the idea being the legs will feel fresher in the morning for this one.

Nice little run that legs were a bit tired thou but soon got going. I did forget to do my strides so I will do them Sunday before my pacing duties.

It’s amazing how 10-15 mins easy can wake up the legs, glad you enjoyed it. Looking forward to Sunday. I respond well to strict encouragement, so if you did want to be vocal whilst I’m breathing heavily, things like “C’MON, DIG DEEP” and “KEEP PUSHING”, even “FASTER” if I do drop off pace, rather than the softly approach “you’re doing well, stick with it”. Equally happy if you just want to pace and stay quiet.
