The weather meant no golf for Dex but park run for me! A bit more of a push than an easy run but I felt really good and relaxed. The last km into that hail was a real character build. I’m not running Hastings in October but I did have a thought to myself about how I’d remember that in the last stretch running Hastings and hopefully think it’s not as bad as that time I ran park run in the hail πŸ˜‚

That has to be the worst last km I’ve ever run at parkrun. It was hurting my face. My posture was so stooped as I tried to shield my face from the hail πŸ˜‚ The pace always feels easier when doing parkrun. Shows the difference it makes running with others. Poor Dex. That’s the only problem with golf, it’s so seasonal. See you Sunday.
