Proper chilled 5k! Was nice, went to the park I’m trying to mix up where I head to, kindda learnt that just the seafront is no good! This foot is perplexing me, I can run fine but as soon as I’m moving g around at home or walking it’s sore 😵‍💫 Feeling a bit nervous about Wednesday 😳

Well done Kirsty, yeah good to have that variety in where you run. I would save keep doing the foot exercises you have prescribed, such as rolling on a ball. Honestly I have to stretch everyday otherwise my back wouldn’t allow me to run, even then I have days I struggle, so the stretching saves me. Might be the case for the next few months you just need to keep looking after the foot until it heals properly. It’s ok to be nervous about Wednesday, normal in fact. Pretty much everyone is in the same boat to some degree, and just know everyone there is lovely and supportive. A chance to meet some new people too.
