Swapped for the elliptical, was going to do 40min but I broke the belt again so only got about 25min i think, I think going forward i will swap my fourth run out for this exercise again as 40min must be just as good as a 4mile easy run without the wear n tear on the legs.

Good move. I would see how things go in regard to the 4th run. The biggest mistake we’ve made in this training plan is the length of it was too long. 16 weeks should be a max now in my opinion. Had that been the case you would have had that week off the rest the legs and they probably wouldn’t have reached that stage of fatigue. But it’s all a learning curve, for me as a coach too, and hopefully those little tweaks going forward will only make us better.
