Bit tight and sore in places. Given last week’s mileage it’s understandable. An easy one Wednesday and I’ll be good to go Friday and Sunday. Felt harder than it should have

Recovery runs can feel pretty tough, but that’s the point of doing them post long run or session, in the hope you’ll then be fresher come the next big one. So I wouldn’t worry about that. I think over the next 16 weeks or so there are definitely going to be some tired limbs and sore bits from time to time. I’d be worried if we didn’t 😂
