PACE

Set off with the 6.45min/km grouped but that was paced too fast by whoever led. Came back with the 7.15min/km group to slow it down. Nice run though and strides felt good.

Sensible to drop it down to a pace which felt comfortable with Sunday’s run coming up. I wish our club did their runs by pace. Would make life so much easier.
