Ran this with my son again as he’s working on his pre season fitness as he’s signed for a new club this season. 3x hill repeats also nothing mad, low HR 129. 3.81 mi.

It’s little things like this that make me smile. So nice that you can train with your son. I used to love football as a kid and have so many good memories of my dad supporting me. One of my claims to fame is playing with Gareth Barry for 3 years (when I was 11-13) and winning player of the year, parents player of the year and players player of the year. Don’t ask what went wrong 🤦‍♂️😂
