We have quite a few swimmers on the team and I think technique is probably even more important in the pool than with running and perhaps that could be something to consider when looking to swim a bit faster. But that is good as it will bring you more benefit from the session if you can raise the heart rate. Also an indication your general fitness is improving. Well done Alison.
