😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Ran Parkrun instead of the swim. I tried to keep up with the 25 pacer but lost them halfway. Less stamina on 2nd half but pushed right until the end.

You pushed hard as well. That’s impressive and some bonus points to be had there. Really well done Alison and glad you kept trying right to the very end. Just be a little wary of over training as that where problems (niggles) can occur. The plan is really precise in terms of the volume of training. If you do feel you can work harder then there’s always that scope to increase the training slightly.
