Practicing race pace is key. If you’re not quite hitting your pace, then keep working hard and focus on good form, staying tall and relaxed.

With a few 10km in the plan we want to try and nail that pace. Parkrun would be an obvious choice this week, especially if there is a 30 min pacer, you could look to run with them.

Runs like this are always much tougher on your own. That’s why I do always recommend parkrun if it’s possible.
