Switched it up and joined you guys on the seafront, which I’m really pleased I did, as I needed the extra motivation in those last couple of reps. 5 x 4 mins, averaging just over 6 mins/mile. If it wasn’t for the virus still affecting me slightly, then I’m confident that would be under 6 mins/mile. A good start to the week, with more to come on Wednesday!
