A big half marathon session. Important to find that goal pace in training and this session replicates the race well with the RPE increasing with each interval.

An all over the place run on an all over the place kind of day. Plan was to ride my bike to Battle, then run down the 1066 path to meet Tigz and do a few miles with her. Bike got a puncture just outside of Catsfield, so I pushed it to Catsfield, then ran on to the path from there. Got lost a few times and ran into a branch, whilst not looking where I was going, and cut my lip open. Finally met up with Tigz, just after l slipped on a stile and bashed my shin. Got well and truly humbled by the trails. Fortunately, I can laugh at days like that and know it was still a good day, as I ran a a few miles with Tigz…she’ll never be Alice😂 On a

Sounds eventful. Almost like you were picking fights with the trails. Just glad you did actually find them. Great work Joe.
