😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

Dropped my friend after the first half due to amount of hills, felt good so maintained the pace. Finished 16th, difficult course but good training. Might move a few things around and do marden in November…. Nice and flat 😁

Yeah I like chucking in the odd race as we inevitably push ourselves that little bit harder. And I think given the elevation this was an excellent result and hopefully another confidence boost. I’d like to think you’d be pushing 1:25 on the flat in a few months. Fantastic running Adam.
