A good session if you are building towards a 10k PB, the opportunity to run at goal pace for 8km. Should be completed 2-3 weeks out from race day.

Really good 10k session and also good prep for the Hastings 5 Miler in a few weeks time. I’m a little concerned about how we squeeze in Hyrox this week, so let me know if you do plan to do it. We might need to ditch this session.
