🙄 Just a fraction slow

1 hr along the river again, strides inclusive, some different parts and walked there and back, the roads are horrendous! It was enjoyable, but won’t be sorry to not be running in the heat again, 31 degrees this afternoon. My exercise points should be up this week, already past my weekly average walking, with 8 miles again today. I’m hoping the daily time on feet is building my resilience for the ultra 😜.

It’s a valid point and I definitely agree. All the walking will help the Ultra, especially doing it in that heat. I did struggle with Rome when I visited (albeit only a day), it was just so chaotic. But sounds like you are having a lovely time. We were fortunate enough to visit Sorrento and Positano. Well done on doing the extra. Great job Su.
