Tough but satisfying, splits were 8:26;7:30 and 8:31, not quite maintaining 5 k pace towards the end, but not far off. Went home and then did my CD πŸ˜†, Jamie had to get to work was his excuse!

πŸ˜‚ Well done Su. You’ve done a good job encouraging him and it was great to hear him positive after today’s session. I’d like to get him more involved with the group runs as that brings out the best in him I think as we’ve approached HHM he’s definitely been more focused and I’m confident he’ll do well. I did mention to him that I think he could possibly stick with the 1:50 pacer. Sorry all the talk is about Jamie, but well done on this session, good to have that consistency and work hard. Great to have you both along.
