A really good session where you can work on your speed and form. Important that you are going quicker than your current 5k pace to make gains.

This will be the Tuesday am session, I’m hoping we will access to the track again (10-11). Alternatively the evening gang are doing 20 x 30 sec hill repeats. Both are great sessions and can also be done solo if you prefer.

Had to modify a little as this week is a bit manic, family down and busy with work. Intervals but all on hills. Still hard work, achieved a fastest pace I think for part of it

That’s ok. Sounds like you still got a good session in which is the most important thing. I do appreciate that there are times when work and other commitments get in the way. Hopefully soon you’ll be able to join the group as both Tuesday sessions were great fun this week. Are you on facebook? If you send me a friend request I can get you on the PB Runner facebook group which will help follow the efforts and what not.
