🙄 Just a fraction slow

Legs better than they was Tuesday but still crap. Definitely thinking this might be trapped nerve or something like that as I have full strength in my muscels which is a positive i guess but it is so frustrating. I will have to see what the warm up brings on sunday and then access what to do from there would be a shame if I can’t race properly or atall on sunday, but I don’t think it would be worth risking a full on injury and not getting to the England race, after all that’s the main aim here.

It is odd that’s it’s both legs that are causing you issues right now. I think let’s see how things pan out and hopefully a few days rest might help. Recovery week coming up too which might help the cause. But you are right to prioritise the goal race.
