The only real mistake you can make here is going too fast. Try and pick a flat route as well. Hills will push that RPE too high.

Easing back into things. It’s much easier for me to set session to time than distance from a training load perspective. But we can easily convert them. Just over 5 miles here.

Now that makes sense 😂 Yeah what a difference. Of all the runners on the team I know the daylight change probably benefits you the most given the times you run. So it makes me happy to know you’ve got 7 months of light evenings again.
