The only real mistake you can make here is going too fast. Try and pick a flat route as well. Hills will push that RPE too high.

What do you think about a track session in a few weeks time? It’s not on the current plan but keen to mix it up a little.

Great run with Steve’s group today. Plenty of hills but no steps today. Bit rainy at first but soon brightened up. Plenty of opportunity to get some faster paces going. Stayed at the front most of the time. Feeling strong today. Looking forward to what tomorrow’s parkrun can bring!
