Enjoyed my run early this morning. I couldn’t remember if I had strides or not so I did 8 x 100m . Sorry after running after the grandson for 4 days I am to tired to do the gym this evening. I have done lots of waking and other activities. Plus I done core exercises. If it wasn’t the 5 mile Sunday I would have pushed myself to do it.
