Was a pacer for Ziggy this morning he wanted to do exactly 30min park run , his best for some time ,he was stuck on the 32 minute mark , yes he done 6 minute k for 5k so when I went to school that’s 30 minutes he was really pleased . Yes very easy for me , I did a cool down run after .no problem , not sure when I will be doing my first run next week , probably Tuesday
