50 mins easy ish. Didn’t feel as good as last Thursday but still carrying this niggling sore throat and chesty cough. 3 of us ran out together at a chatty pace for 6 miles who are all still recovering and been ill for nearly 2 weeks. We think its been COVID as there is a lot going around currently. Average HR was good for the pace which I am actually happy with on reflection.
