I don’t know if it was the stretch this morning, wearing flats at work all week or a change of running shoes (gave the kayanos another try) but I didn’t feel as much pain in my glutes today. In fact it was only going up the last couple of hills that I started to feel niggles in my glutes and ankles. I did struggle quite a bit with my breathing though. I’ve caught one of the bugs going round and there was a lot of bonfires tonight! But yeah I was puffing through whole way round. There was lots of hills too! I found it pretty tough but a good run. Felt like I did well.

So pleased to hear that. I think flats should be a must if you can get away with at work. And stretching is only going to help. Definitely loads going round at the moment (as I know too well 🤦‍♂️) so hopefully you’ll shake it off ahead of next week. But loving the positive feedback here. Well done Kelly.
