45 Mins Easy

LOAD: 10

45 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

The only real mistake you can make here is going too fast. Try and pick a flat route as well. Hills will push that RPE too high.

Two races in the same week so we need to keep everything else light.

I ideally wanted to do this on the Tuesday or Wednesday but I’ve not been feeling great this week. I did want to do some kind of leg stretch before Friday though so I did an early Thursday morning. I was slightly short at 25 minutes but I think it was good to at least get that.

I had this conversation in person with Jo at parkrun today. It’s important to always listen to your body and not feel like you always HAVE TO do 100% of what the plan says. You know how you feel much better than me so cutting this short, especially the day before a race is fine, in fact it’s a good decision. Well done for getting out there Kelly.
