Still not full range of movement in the calf, especially when pushing off. Will see how it feels after Thursday’s speed session and decide on Romney Marsh then 🤞 Great to have the 🐶 out with me again

Well done Rebecca. A pretty quick recovery from Sunday though which is promising. A speed session and then Romney (if going fast) concerns me a little, especially if the calf is not right. It might be better one of the other. You could do something lighter Thursday and test the calf by doing some strides rather than a speed session. The worst case scenario in my head right now is the speed session going well only for the calf to give way at Romney 🤔
