The only real mistake you can make here is going too fast. Try and pick a flat route as well. Hills will push that RPE too high.

You could combine this with parkrun, although if you wanted extra rest ahead of Sunday then Friday might be a good option.

Ran on Bexhill Lower Promenade, did reps downwind then upwind. Wheezing did not help. New Shoes gives my toe a bit more support, will need to use an insole.
