Out first things this morning for this very cold out there in the wind thou. Was a nice run in all fairness took it nice and easy as the calfs are little bit fatigued atm, I hope the wind drops for tomorrow afternoon long run.

Well done Steve. The wind. I’ve been looking at the forecast all week and everyday it’s added 1-2 mph at Seaford tomorrow. Was hoping to chase a PB, but that looks very unlikely now. You’ll know having been a golfer before running, the wind is something I’ve never had much time for 😂 Good luck on the long run.
